Tim F. Glendening & Associates, Inc. (TFGA), is a full service planning and community development firm serving communities throughout Texas. We restrict our practice to only public sector clients, thereby ensuring that our focus is strictly on the specialized needs of cities and counties.

The company that eventually became TFGA was founded in late 1983 by Tim F. Glendening, a certified city planner, who previously held city planning and administrative positions with both the cities of Galveston and Dallas. Today, TFGA provides city planning, impact fee, grant writing and administration services to Texas cities and counties needing assistance in these specialized areas. We have prepared numerous comprehensive development plans for cities and successfully obtained and/or administered Texas Community Development Program grants for cities and counties throughout Texas.

Since we began serving clients over 26 years ago, TFGA has developed the knowledge and professional expertise to effectively determine what specific grant programs will best meet your community's needs. Because each community's circumstances are different, we tailor our services to meet your specific goals and objectives regarding community development. Our planning certification through the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is your assurance that TFGA is professionally qualified to undertake your community planning projects.
